Terms of service

To accept the order, you must be 19 years of age or older to order, with government documentation showing you are of legal drinking age.

We use Canada Post to deliver our wine to you safely. Your order will be packaged and shipped within the next seven days (every Friday), and delivered according to your speed of delivery you select(ed) at check out.

Georgian Hills Vineyards reserves the right to select the method of delivery, unless otherwise indicated.

For wine deliveries via courier to your home or office, you must be available to sign for the package and present valid identification. Our couriers will not release packages to persons who appear intoxicated.

If no one with valid identification is present to sign for the delivery, a delivery notification will be left and the package will be held at a local Canada Post facility. If alternate delivery arrangements were made with another courier, non-deliverable packages will be held at their local depot.

All Georgian Hills Vineyards wines are subject to availability.

All prices, including wines and delivery fees include applicable taxes.
