Another vintage of our highly anticipated Wild & Inspired Cabernet Franc is almost here, just in time for the festive season! Join us for an exclusive release event at the winery to toast to our 2021 Wild & Inspired Cabernet Franc, and be one of the first to try this incredible new vintage.
Our Wild & Inspired collection is a true reflection of the best in Ontario wine. Sourcing grapes from select sites in the Niagara Peninsula and allowing local indigenous yeasts from the Blue Mountains to do the rest, this vintage is a truly inspired, unique and wild fermented wine.
The 2021 Cabernet Franc features ripe tannins with a medley of black and red fruits, and hints of spice. A beautiful red to get you through the winter months!

Join us in our intimate winery space for a welcome glass of Cab Franc on arrival, a variety of perfectly paired passed appetizers, dessert, and a wonderful opportunity to connect with your fellow wine-enthused community members. Learn more about this new wine that is sure to fly off the shelves from our in-house sommelier, Jessica Pecjak. Your ticket also includes 1 bottle of the newly released vintage to take home with you.
Additional wine by the glass will be available to enjoy throughout the evening, as well as take home bottles, at an additional cost.
